McGirr Connects To The People of the Electorate ...... "If the issues can't get to Morgan Street, they'll never get to Macquarie Street."

Independent candidate for the seat of Wagga Wagga in this Saturday’s NSW state election Dr Joe McGirr is buoyed by the response he is receiving from average everyday people wanting to congratulate him for taking such a strong stance in this election, not only with the Hospital redevelopment program but other electorate issues, that have been without focus till now.
“People are telling me that there are many issues that have not been reacted to and it’s these that grow out of control and eventually become major problems,” Dr McGirr said.
Dr McGirr said that as he has extensively travelled through the electorate over the last three months he has found many issues that smaller communities had with schooling, roads and public transport access. There issues were not only not being fixed – they were not getting the appropriate amount of attention. “If these issues can’t get to Morgan St, they’ll never make it to Macquarie St," said Dr McGirr.
